COMING IN OCTOBER
OCTOBER 5th - This year’s 3rd Annual Walk In Penn’s Woods will be hosted by the MJ2KB Trail Club. This event is sponsored by the Center for Private Forests at Penn State. This is a statewide coordinated event of walks and hikes on which people will learn about the forests of Pennsylvania. These walks encourage people to learn how their local woods work for them, providing recreation, air, water, products, and more, as they walk and see the forests in new ways. Walk in Penn's Woods truly aims to have people out in the forest to enjoy them and to learn about how we can all care for them well.
